Leviosa Events began when Arielle and Ashley met in San Diego and quickly bonded over their shared backgrounds in event planning. What started as a friendship soon grew into a trusted creative partnership. Fueled by a mutual passion for crafting meaningful experiences and a shared dream, they combined forces to build something of their own. In the early days, they took on a wide range of events to build their portfolio and refine their process.

As Leviosa Events took shape, Ashley and Arielle made the strategic decision to transition from producing a wide range of events to focusing exclusively on Destination Management (DMC) services. With a clear vision, they assembled a team of trusted professionals—including lawyers, accountants, business consultants, bookkeepers, and tax advisors—to ensure the business was built on a strong foundation. Their commitment to doing things the right way from the beginning allowed them to scale thoughtfully, refine their service offerings, and establish Leviosa as a reliable, full-service partner in the corporate events space.

Today, Leviosa Events is a thriving independent Destination Management Company rooted in collaboration and creativity. While our work is primarily focused across Southern California— we’ve also expanded our reach to Northern California and other states at the request of clients who value our deep understanding of their programs and attendees. This commitment to excellence and service has earned us recognition as one of ConferenceDirect’s Top 25 Suppliers, a distinction that reflects the strength of our partnerships and the quality of our work. Today, we are a team of 19 and growing, committed to bringing magic to every program.
