CHIEF EXECUTIVE & OPERATIONS OFFICER

Ashley began her career in the non-profit industry before transitioning to the DMC Industry. Ashley has over a decade of experience in the DMC world. From small holiday parties to corporate events for thousands of guests, she has experience planning high-end events all across San Diego.

She thrives on structured timelines, vibrant linen swatches, and crafting transportation plans that run like clockwork—bringing together creativity and logistics to deliver memorable, stress-free events.

Currently, she serves as the President of the Board for International Live Events Association, San Diego Chapter.

Arielle Gaxiola Barels

CHIEF EXECUTIVE & CREATIVE OFFICER

With a background in Art History earned through studies in Italy, Arielle cultivated a deep appreciation for art & design—foundations that continue to inspire her approach to event planning today. She began her career at several Art Museums in San Francisco (SFMOMA, De Young Museum, & the Legion of Honor) by producing their large-scale public events. Arielle then spent several years as a corporate event planner within the software engineering industry before transitioning into DMC’s and co-founding Leviosa Events.

Raised in the Golden State, she’s passionate about experiences that feel genuinely Californian—she offers insider knowledge and a deep appreciation for the state’s diverse regions and hidden gems. She draws on her California upbringing to curate experiences that feel like a true local welcome.
